"When I was introduced to the FORM Method in 2013 with Andrew, my body, as well as my mind, changed. Having that hour or two with Andrew every week was like pressing the reset button, both mentally and physically. Through the poses he had us practice, a calm flexibility was restored. Through the breathing exercises I learned to quiet my thoughts and gained awareness of the small spaces throughout my body. I can attribute a 3 mile per hour jump in pitching velocity to the flexibility I gained through the practice of the FORM Method. That was just the measurable physical result. My breathing during in game competition slowed and my mind silenced. Overall, I gained flexibility of body, confidence through visualization, stillness of mind, and an overall sense of balance between tension and relaxation."
